I’m a true believer that when it comes to achieving your weight loss goal, you should use motivation to get you up and running but eventually habit is what gets you the results you’re after. I’ve been on your end constantly where it is so hard to get myself motivated to go out for a jog or to complete my daily routine especially after a long days work or a day of running errands. I always try to post my favorite weight loss motivational quotes on my Instagram account so what I’ve done is compiled my favorite 50 and put them all in one place.
